Pricing and resale credit

How pricing works

A clear-out is a paid professional service. Your quote covers the labour, transportation, sorting, recycling, donation and disposal needed. When there are items we can resell, we apply a resale credit against the cost.

Complete contents buyout: Depending on the contents and circumstances, we may offer to buy the contents outright.

Lots of valuable contents?

An estate online auction may be a better fit.

Junk removal or a clear-out: what's the difference?

A junk removal company hauls away what you point to, and you pay for the load. That works well for a few items or a pile of debris.

A clear-out empties the whole property. We sort everything, resell what has value through our store, auctions and resale channels, donate and recycle what we can, and dispose of only what's left. When there are resaleable contents, the resale credit lowers your bill, and for some estates we can offer a full contents buyout.

Choose a clear-out when you're emptying a house, condo, estate, garage or storage unit, especially if some of the contents are worth something. For a single item or debris only, a hauler may be the simpler choice.
