When you book an appointment, send us photos, buy from our online store or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the property address or location, a description of the job or items, any photos you upload, and order and delivery details. Our website platform (Wix) also collects standard technical data, such as your browser type and pages visited, and uses cookies that are needed for bookings, the cart and checkout.
We use your information to respond to you, arrange and carry out assessments and appointments, prepare quotes, process store orders, deliveries and shipping, and keep records required by law. We don't sell your personal information.
Your information is stored and processed by Wix.com, which hosts our website, bookings, forms and store, and by the payment provider used at checkout. We share details with others only when needed to do the job you asked for (for example, a delivery company) or when required by law.
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required for tax and business records.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing bryce@250liquidation.com. We handle personal information in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
